Exercises and rutines for all the levels.

Everybody,  regardless of condition, can make and use exercise to improve their situation..

Even those confined to  a bed (Such as during  a long term ilness for example), or in a wheel chair and  of course standing  on your feet.

Each rutine is designed to be  carried out alone or  with the others.

Make it every day or much often as you want.

Find a quiet comfortable place and  build the habit and continue.

                                                                    An Example …  Let imagine the body as a motor.

The heart pumps the blood (the motors gasoline) through the veins to nourish  the systems. The Veins being neighbors of the muscles, which in turn  affect the veins depending the degree of tension that it have, by pressing on the veins more or less. If this tension is more than normal, an increase in the effort needed to pump the blood is required, as well as a decrease in its quality.

So if  excessive muscle tone turns cronic, It will make knots or balls in the muscle tissue, and can then affect the form of the bones.

And there begins  a “no way out road”.

For that reason alone, we need to Move!
